This Hydronix HDG-P117 Hydro Guard carbon filter is an alternative replacement for the AP-117 AP117. It has a particle retention size of 5 micron, and is suitable for drinking water filtration applications. Made from NSF Certified Coconut Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), this filter removed and reduces Chlorine, taste and odor from your drinking water. It has a 2.5" outside diameter (OD), an overall length of 10", and an operating temperature range of 48 to 100 degrees F. This carbon filter meets CFR 21 regulations for materials and is suitable for use in cold water dispensing applications.
